This course aims to provide individuals who intend to perform QMS audits with the knowledge and skills needed to assess and report on the conformance and effective implementation of processes (quality management system), and to contribute to the continual improvement of the management system. This course arms local ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System auditors with the skills to help organizations adequately maintain and improve their systems, hence meet compliance requirements. Several local companies are noncompliant after failing to maintain their systems, due to a shortage of competent auditors in the job market.
